Beach Babies Scheduled Time Off Requests
Beach Babies expects all staff to report to work on a regular and consistent basis. Your attendance and reliability is critical to the proper operation of Beach Babies because various ratios of teachers to children mandated under California law, and under Beach Babies’ established standards must be maintained at all times. In the event you would like to plan a regularly scheduled day(s) off, please complete this form and return to your site Director.
Requests are processed and approved in the order that they are received, however, due to our staffing and ratio requirements, only a limited number of employee requests may be approved for each requested day off. We recommend submitting your request as far in advance as possible, but not later than 2 weeks prior to the day requested off. For consecutive days off, please re-submit this form for each day that you would like to request off.
Please note, if you would like to use accrued vacation hours for this leave, please submit a "Paid Vacation" request under the "Payroll" section of the Employee Web Portal.
